I am a software engineer at Microsoft, currently building AI products and spending most of my time on agentic systems: how they fail, how we evaluate them, and how we keep their cost and behavior under control once they leave the demo.

On the side I am building the agent plane — an observability and governance platform for agents. See what they did, replay how they failed, and control what they are allowed to spend and do.

I write through ideas in public on Substack, speak when I have something concrete, and keep a reading list of books that changed how I think. Previously I spent several years at OYO, taking products and teams from early to scaled.
